What is a Project?
A project in Thrivepix is a container that groups related requests together. Think of it as a folder for organizing your work.
Common Project Types:
- Website Projects - All requests for a specific website
- Client Projects - All work for a specific client (agencies)
- Campaign Projects - Requests related to a marketing campaign
- Product Projects - Development for a specific product or feature
- Maintenance Projects - Ongoing updates and fixes

Creating a New Project
Method 1: From Dashboard
- Log into your dashboard at portal.thrivepix.com
- Click the "New Project" button (usually in the top right or quick actions)
- Fill in the project details form
- Click "Create Project"

- Click "Projects" in the left sidebar
- Click the "+" or "New Project" button
- Fill in the project details
- Click "Create Project"

- Start creating a new request
- In the "Project" dropdown, select "Create New Project"

Project Details to Include
Required Fields
1. Project Name
- Clear, descriptive name

- Keep it concise (2-5 words)

2. Project Description
- Brief overview of the project
- What you're building or maintaining

Organizing Multiple Projects
Naming Conventions:

Adding Requests to Projects
