Every request follows this path:
- You create request
- Request enters queue

Step-by-Step Workflow
Step 1: Create Request
What You Do:
- Click "New Request" in dashboard
- Enter request title
- Write detailed description
- Attach files, links, references
- Assign to project (optional)
- Set priority
- Submit request
What Happens:
- Request is created in system
- You receive confirmation
- Request enters your queue
- PM is notified
