Request Status Overview
Every request has a status that shows its current state in the workflow.
Status Categories
- Waiting: Pending, On Hold
- Active: In Progress, Under Review
- Action Needed: Delivered, Revision Requested
- Final: Completed, Cancelled

1. Pending
What It Means:
Request is in your queue, waiting to start.
What's Happening:
- Other requests being worked on first
- Waiting for available slot
- Queue position determines when it starts
- Core: 1 at a time, Pro: 2 at a time
Your Action:
None needed. Just wait your turn.
Duration:
Depends on queue position and plan type.
What You Can Do:
- Reorder queue priorities

2. In Progress
What It Means:
Request is actively being worked on.
What's Happening:
- Developer or designer is working
- Building, designing, or fixing
- Testing functionality
- Creating deliverables

Answer any questions promptly if asked.
Duration:
24-72 hours average (varies by complexity).
What You Can Do:
- Monitor progress
- Respond to questions quickly

3. Under Review
What It Means:
Work is completed and being reviewed internally.
What's Happening:
- Project manager reviewing work
- Quality check being performed
- Testing functionality
- Ensuring requirements met
- Preparing for delivery

Duration:
2-4 hours typically.
What You Can Do:
- Wait for delivery

4. Delivered / Awaiting Review
What It Means:
Work is completed and delivered to you for review.
What's Happening:
- Work is ready for your review
- Files available for download
- Waiting for your approval or revision request
- Team waiting for your feedback
Your Action:
Review the work and decide: Approve or Request Revision.
Duration:
Up to you! Recommend reviewing within 48 hours.

- Review work thoroughly
- Test functionality
- Check on multiple devices
- Approve if satisfied
- Request revision if changes needed
5. Revision Requested
What It Means:
You requested changes to the delivered work.
What's Happening:
- Team member making requested changes
- Revising based on your feedback
- Testing revised version
- Preparing to deliver again
Your Action:
Wait for revised version to be delivered.
Duration:
24-48 hours average for revisions.
What You Can Do:
- Wait for revised delivery
- Add clarifications if needed
- Provide additional references
6. Completed
What It Means:
Request is approved and finished.
What's Happening:
- Work is done and approved
- Files archived and available
- Request in completed history
- Next request in queue started
Your Action:
None. Work is complete!
Duration:
Permanent status.

- Request reopening within 7 days if needed
7. On Hold
What It Means:
Request is paused, waiting for something from you.
What's Happening:
- Waiting for your response
- Waiting for files you need to provide
- Waiting for access credentials
- Waiting for clarification
- Cannot proceed without your input

Provide what's needed to resume work.
Duration:
Until you provide required information.

8. Cancelled
What It Means:
Request was cancelled and won't be completed.
What's Happening:
- Request removed from queue
- No work being done
- Slot freed for next request

In your dashboard, statuses are color-coded:
- Gray: Pending (waiting)
- Blue: In Progress (active work)
- Yellow: Under Review (almost done)
- Orange: Delivered / Awaiting Review (needs your action)
- Purple: Revision Requested (changes being made)
- Green: Completed (done!)
- Red: On Hold (blocked)
- Dark Gray: Cancelled (not happening)

You'll receive notifications when status changes to:
- In Progress (work started)
- Delivered (ready for review)
- Completed (approved)
- On Hold (needs your input)
Understanding Status Transitions
Automatic Transitions
These happen automatically:
- Pending → In Progress (when slot available)
- In Progress → Under Review (when work done)
- Under Review → Delivered (after PM review)
Your-Triggered Transitions
These require your action:
- Delivered → Completed (you approve)
- Delivered → Revision Requested (you request changes)
- Pending → Cancelled (you cancel)
- On Hold → In Progress (you provide info)
Team-Triggered Transitions
These are done by team:
- In Progress → On Hold (need your input)
- Revision Requested → In Progress (starting revisions)
