Accessing Customer Hub
What is Customer Hub?
Customer Hub is your subscription management portal where you can:
- View subscription details
- Update payment information
- Upgrade or downgrade plans
- Pause or cancel subscription
- Download invoices
- Manage billing settings

- Log into portal.thrivepix.com
- Click your profile/avatar (top right)
- Select "Manage Subscription" or "Billing"

Login Process
Authentication Code Method
Customer Hub uses secure authentication codes instead of passwords.
Step-by-Step Login:
- Go to https://accounts.thrivepix.com/updateinfo/
- Enter your email address (the one used for subscription)
- Click "Send Authentication Code"
- Check your email inbox
- Copy the 6-digit code from email
- Paste code into Customer Hub
- Click "Verify" or "Login"
- Access granted to your subscription
Authentication Code Details
- Code Format: 6-digit number (e.g., 123456)
- Validity: 15 minutes from sending
- One-Time Use: Each code works once
- Email Delivery: Usually instant (check spam if not received)
Troubleshooting Login
Code Not Received:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait 2-3 minutes (email may be delayed)
- Verify email address is correct
- Request new code
Code Expired:
- Codes expire after 15 minutes
- Request a new code
- Use immediately after receiving
Code Not Working:
- Ensure no extra spaces when pasting
- Type code manually if copy/paste fails
- Request new code if issues persist
Viewing Subscription Details
Current Plan Information
Once logged in, you'll see:
Plan Name:
- Core Plan or Pro Plan
- Monthly or Annual billing
Plan Features:
- Active requests limit (1 for Core, 2 for Pro)
- Unlimited requests in queue
- All included features
Subscription Status:
- Active: Subscription is current and working
- Paused: Temporarily paused (shows resume date)
- Cancelled: Cancelled (shows end date)
- Past Due: Payment failed, needs attention
Billing Information
Next Billing Date:
- Date of next charge
- Amount to be charged
- Payment method used
Billing Cycle:
- Monthly: Billed every month on same date
- Annual: Billed once per year
Current Period:
- Start date of current billing period
- End date of current billing period
- Days remaining in period
Payment Method
- Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Last 4 digits of card
- Expiration date
- Billing address
