Accessing Invoices
Via Customer Hub
- Go to https://accounts.thrivepix.com/updateinfo/
- Log in with authentication code
- Click "Invoices" or "Billing History"
- View list of all invoices
Via Email
- Invoice emailed automatically after each charge
- Check your email inbox
- Search for "Thrivepix Invoice"
- Click link in email to view/download
Viewing Invoices
Invoice List
In Customer Hub, you'll see:
- Invoice Number: Unique identifier
- Date: When invoice was issued
- Amount: Total charged
- Status: Paid, Failed, or Pending
- Download Link: PDF download
Sorting and Filtering
- Sort by date (newest first)
- Filter by status (Paid, Failed)
- Search by invoice number
- View by date range
Downloading Invoices
Individual Invoice
- Find invoice in list
- Click invoice number or "Download" button
- PDF downloads to your computer
- Save for your records
Multiple Invoices
- Select multiple invoices (checkboxes)
- Click "Download Selected"
- ZIP file with all PDFs downloads
All Invoices
- Click "Download All" or "Export"
- All invoices download as ZIP
- Useful for year-end accounting
Understanding Your Invoice
Invoice Header
- Invoice Number: Unique ID (e.g., INV-2026-001234)
- Invoice Date: Date issued
- Due Date: Payment due date (usually same day)
- Status: Paid or Failed
Billing Information
- Bill To: Your name/company
- Email: Your account email
- Address: Billing address
- Tax ID: If provided
Line Items
- Description: What you're charged for
- Period: Billing period covered
- Amount: Charge amount
Common Line Items:
- "Thrivepix Core Plan - Monthly"
- "Thrivepix Pro Plan - Monthly"
- "Prorated Upgrade Charge"
Total and Payment
- Subtotal: Before tax
- Tax: If applicable
- Total: Final amount charged

Payment History
Viewing Payment History
- Go to Customer Hub
- Click "Payment History" or "Billing"
- View all past payments
Payment Details
For each payment, you'll see:
- Date: When payment was processed
- Amount: How much was charged
- Method: Card type and last 4 digits
- Status: Successful, Failed, or Refunded
- Invoice: Link to invoice
Payment Status Meanings
Successful:
- Payment processed successfully
- Subscription active
- Invoice marked as paid
Failed:
- Payment declined or failed
- Subscription may be suspended
- Action needed: Update payment method
Refunded:
- Payment was refunded
- Amount returned to card
- Reason noted in details
Failed Payment Handling
What Happens When Payment Fails
- Payment attempt fails
- Email notification sent immediately
- Automatic retry in 3 days
- Another retry in 7 days
- If still failing, subscription suspended

- Insufficient funds
- Card expired
- Card cancelled or replaced
- Billing address mismatch
- Bank declined transaction
- Card limit reached

- Check email for failure notification
- Log into Customer Hub
- Update payment method

- Keep card information current
- Update before expiration

Tax-Compliant Invoices
- All invoices include required tax information
- Company name and address

Managing Invoices
Organizing Invoices
- Download and save to accounting folder
- Name files consistently (e.g., "Thrivepix_2026-01.pdf")
- Keep digital and/or paper copies
- Store for tax purposes (7 years recommended)
Sharing with Accountant
- Download all invoices for period
- Send ZIP file to accountant
- Or grant accountant access to Customer Hub
- Provide any additional context needed

You'll receive emails for:
- Payment Successful: Invoice attached
- Payment Failed: Action required
- Upcoming Charge: 3 days before billing
- Card Expiring: 30 days before expiration
Notification Settings
