Accessing Account Settings
How to Access Settings
- Log into portal.thrivepix.com
- Click your profile avatar (top right)
- Select "Settings" or "Account Settings"
- Navigate through settings tabs

Updating Profile Information
Profile Details
What You Can Update:
- Full name
- Profile photo
- Job title
- Company name

Updating Your Name
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Click "Edit" or directly in name field
- Enter new name
- Click "Save Changes"
- Name updates across platform
Updating Profile Photo
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Click on current photo or "Upload Photo"
- Select image from computer
- Crop if needed
- Click "Save"
Photo Requirements:
- Format: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Max size: 5MB
- Recommended: Square image (400x400px)
- Shows in: Dashboard, comments, messages
Company Information
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Update company name
- Add company website (optional)
- Update job title
- Click "Save Changes"
Time Zone Settings
- Go to Settings > Preferences
- Select your time zone from dropdown
- Click "Save"
- All dates/times display in your time zone

Changing Email Address
Why Change Email
- New company email
- Personal to business email
- Email no longer accessible

How to Change Email
- Go to Settings > Account
- Find "Email Address" section
- Click "Change Email"
- Enter new email address
- Enter current password for verification
- Click "Update Email"
- Verify new email (check inbox)
- Click verification link in email
- Email updated successfully
Email Verification
Verification Process:
- Verification email sent to new address
- Link valid for 24 hours
- Click link to confirm
- Old email receives notification
If Verification Email Not Received:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait 5 minutes
- Request new verification email
- Contact support if issues persist

- New email becomes your login username

Password Management
Changing Your Password

Password Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- Special characters recommended

Create Strong Passwords:
- Use 12+ characters
- Mix letters, numbers, symbols

- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check email for reset link
- Click link (valid 1 hour)
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click "Reset Password"

- Best for: Low-priority updates
Disabled:
- No emails for this type
- Updates still in dashboard

Deleting Your Account
Before Deleting
Consider:
- Cancel subscription first
- Download any needed data
- Export request history
- Save important files
- Deletion is permanent
How to Delete Account
- Cancel active subscription
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm deletion
- Enter password
- Account deleted
What Happens:
- Account permanently deleted
- All data removed
- Cannot be recovered
- Email address can be reused
