Quick Summary
"Unlimited requests" means you can submit as many web design and development requests as you want. We work on them based on your plan: Core (1 at a time) or Pro (2 at a time).
What You'll Learn
- What unlimited really means
- How the queue system works
- Request limits and fair use
- Realistic expectations
What Does "Unlimited" Mean?
Unlimited requests means:
- No limit on submissions - Submit as many requests as you want
- No per-project fees - One flat monthly rate
- No hourly billing - Fixed subscription cost
- No surprise charges - Predictable monthly pricing
- Queue system - Requests are processed based on your plan
How the Queue System Works
Core Plan (1 at a time):
- Submit unlimited requests
- We work on 1 request at a time
- Average 24-72 hour turnaround per request
- When one completes, the next in queue starts
- You control the priority order
Pro Plan (2 at a time):
- Submit unlimited requests
- We work on 2 requests simultaneously
- Average 24-72 hour turnaround per request
- When one completes, the next in queue starts
- Always working on 2 requests at once
Example Workflow
Core Plan Example:
- Day 1: Submit 5 requests (A, B, C, D, E)
- Day 1: Request A starts immediately
- Day 3: Request A completed, Request B starts
- Day 5: Request B completed, Request C starts
- Day 7: Request C completed, Request D starts
- And so on...
Pro Plan Example:
- Day 1: Submit 5 requests (A, B, C, D, E)
- Day 1: Requests A & B start simultaneously
- Day 3: Request A completed, Request C starts (B still in progress)
- Day 4: Request B completed, Request D starts (C still in progress)
- Day 5: Request C completed, Request E starts (D still in progress)
- And so on...
Fair Use Policy
While requests are unlimited, we expect fair and reasonable use:
What's Fair:
- Submitting multiple legitimate web development requests
- Requesting revisions until you're satisfied
- Working on multiple client projects
- Submitting requests as your business needs them
What's Not Fair:
- Submitting hundreds of tiny requests to game the system
- Requesting work outside our scope (mobile apps, video editing, etc.)
- Abusing the revision system with unreasonable demands
- Reselling our services as your own subscription service
Realistic Expectations
How Many Requests Per Month?
It depends on request complexity:
- Simple requests (button changes, text updates): 15-20 per month on Core, 30-40 on Pro
- Medium requests (landing pages, form integrations): 8-12 per month on Core, 16-24 on Pro
- Complex requests (full website builds, custom functionality): 3-5 per month on Core, 6-10 on Pro
- Mixed requests (typical workload): 10-15 per month on Core, 20-30 on Pro
Turnaround Time:
- Average: 24-72 hours per request
- Simple requests: Often completed in 24 hours or less
- Complex requests: May take 3-5 days
- Revisions: Usually 24-48 hours
Managing Your Queue
You have full control over your request queue:
- Reorder priorities - Move urgent requests to the top
- Pause requests - Put a request on hold if needed
- Cancel requests - Remove requests you no longer need
- Add details - Update request descriptions anytime
What Counts as One Request?
One Request Examples:
- Create a landing page
- Fix a bug on the homepage
- Add a contact form
- Update product images on 10 pages
- Design a Figma mockup for a new page
- Optimize website speed
Multiple Requests (should be split):
- "Build a complete website" (break into: homepage, about page, services page, etc.)
- "Fix everything on my site" (break into specific issues)
- "Redesign and add new features" (break into design request + feature requests)
Common Questions
Q: Can I really submit unlimited requests?
A: Yes! Submit as many as you want. We work on them based on your plan (1 or 2 at a time).
Q: What if I submit 50 requests at once?
A: We'll work through them in order, completing 1 or 2 at a time based on your plan.
Q: Is there a limit to request complexity?
A: No, but very complex requests may take longer than 72 hours. We'll communicate estimated timelines.
Q: Can I change request priorities?
A: Yes, you can reorder your queue anytime to prioritize urgent requests.
Q: What if I only have 1-2 requests per month?
A: That's fine! Many clients have varying workloads. You're paying for availability, not a minimum number of requests.
