How AI Breaks Down Projects
AI follows ThrivePixx's proven 24-72 hour methodology:
The 24-72 Hour Rule
Each task is scoped for 1-3 days of work by one specialist. This means:
- Tasks can be started immediately
- Completed in 24-72 hours
- Reviewed once
- Revised once
- Delivered confidently
One Task Per Page
For multi-page websites, AI creates one task per page.
Example:
"5-page website" becomes:
- Task 1: Build Home Page
- Task 2: Build About Page
- Task 3: Build Services Page
- Task 4: Build Portfolio Page
- Task 5: Build Contact Page
No Assumptions
AI only uses information you provide. It won't:
- Assume what's in your Figma design
- Add features you didn't mention
- Create QA tasks unless you request testing
- Invent sections or content
Platform-Aware
AI recognizes platforms and tools:
- WordPress (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, etc.)
- Shopify
- Webflow
- Framer
- WooCommerce

Important Things to Know
Project Manager May Adjust
After AI creates tasks, your project manager may:
- Increase or reduce the number of tasks
- Adjust task scope
- Reorder tasks based on dependencies
- Combine or split tasks
This is normal and ensures optimal delivery following the 24-72 hour methodology.
AI Doesn't Create QA Tasks
Unless you specifically request testing or QA, AI won't add testing tasks. If you need QA, mention it in your description:
"Build 5-page website in Elementor... Include QA and cross-browser testing."
One Task = One Deliverable
Each task should be one clear deliverable that can be:
- Started immediately
- Completed in 24-72 hours
- Reviewed and revised once
- Delivered confidently

Be Specific in Your Description
Good: "Build website"
Better: "Build 5-page website in Elementor"

List All Pages
For websites, list every page you need:
- "Pages: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact"
- "Build 3 landing pages: Product A, Product B, Product C"
Mention the Platform
Always specify the platform or tool:
- "in Elementor"
- "on Shopify"
- "using Webflow"
- "with Divi Builder"
State Key Requirements

Always review all tasks before clicking "Create All Requests". Make sure:
- All tasks are necessary
- Titles are clear
- Descriptions are accurate
- Nothing is missing
Cost
Each project breakdown costs approximately $0.0025 (quarter of a penny). For typical usage, this is extremely affordable.
